• Have earned their Broker’s License
• Are actively involved in the local Realtor Association
• Absolutely, positively do not practice dual agency
(Nest’s) site is better in terms of design, usability and brand coherence than almost all big broker sites. Indeed, some of the major brands could benefit from going to school on it.
It’s good and useful to reflect on how we match with consumers’ demands.
