Nest’s Site Evolves – Searching for Homes in Charlottesville

Our goal is to continue to have the most functional, most useful and most used real estate search site in Charlottesville; these improvements are a step towards meeting that goal. … New listings are now tagged (within last 14 days, can search for new listings) As a buyer/browser/interested consumer, what do you want to see on our site?

… There are quite a few back-end improvements that do not necessarily affect how you search for homes in the Charlottesville MLS, but rest assured, they make the entire site experience better .

Bundoran Farm Featured in the New York Times

 The New York Times highlighted Albemarle County’s  Bundoran Farm this week. 
For those of you not quite familiar with Bundoran, it’s a 2300-acre Preservation Development located in southern Albemarle County.  Bundoran encompasses everything that is good about preserving the land and using it’s resources wisely.
