Whether you are searching for a home minutes to Charlottesville or in the country, Southside offers plenty of options. Just off the southern edge of the Charlottesville city limits, there are numerous neighborhoods and housing options convenient to Downtown Charlottesville, UVA Grounds, and both hospitals. Many of these neighborhoods were built within the last 10-15 years and offer community amenities.
